Magnesium Citrate

Magnesium Citrate

Derived from the magnesium salt of citric acid, this form of magnesium has lower concentration, but a high level of bioavalibity (90%). This type of Mg is getting pretty popular, be cause you really absorb a big part of the Mg. Magnesium citrate is commonly used as to induce a bowel movement, so once again watch out, dont take to much at once, be cause then you will see the toilet more then you want.

Supplements like Magnesium Citrate, is available all over the net or at your local store, its also not expensive. Personally I use this and magnesium oil, but I also do a lot of sports.
